It's our discretion
Determining whether or not you are eligible to receive a refund is entirely up to the support agent you are working with. Our agents are trained and qualified to offer you a refund you based on their knowledge and determination.

Don't call your bank
Please don't chargeback. You will most likely be wasting your time. You have a better chance of getting your money back by working with us to resolve any issues you may have. Forcefully reversing payments will usually result in us providing your bank this policy information that you agreed to upon your purchase, which will likely show them you are obligated. Let us be your first point of contact.

So, I want my money back
Sorry to hear that you may be dissatisfied with your purchase. We strive to make all of our customers happy so, if you truly believe you deserve a refund, you may kindly contact us to see if we can accommodate you. We are very receptive to hearing why you would like your money back.

Third party retailers
If you purchased a physical copy from one of our many retailers, you may be eligible for a refund based on their policies. This policy specifically governs the purchasing of 360 Computer Maid in our online and in-app checkouts.

This policy may be updated in the future without notice to previous customers. When purchasing you agreed to this policy at that point in time, any updates or changes made to this policy after your purchase are not in effect for you.
